Outside of class times, the gym is all yours. Use our free weights, Erg and cable machines, squat racks, and other state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll also have access to our InBody 770 body composition analyser (booking required) to track your progress like a pro.
For a more personalised touch, we offer one-on-one personal training with custom workout programs that fit your goals perfectly. And if you’re training for Hyrox or just want to push your limits, our trainers, who compete themselves and are here to help you perform at your best.

Our classes are designed to push you to your limits while enhancing strength, endurance, and overall fitness. With group fitness sessions running 7 days a week, we offer flexibility to fit your schedule, whether you’re an early bird or prefer evening workouts – or a busy parent or shift worker, we have daytime classes ideal for you.
